Are there any settings in Adobe Premiere Pro to make previews faster and lower quality?

In the video editing program Adobe Premiere Pro (in particular, version 7), after applying certain effects to a passage, it must be rendered. But it takes a very long time, especially if the video is FullHD or more. This makes it impossible to work. Are there any settings in this program so that previews are created quickly and of lower quality. This, for example, is implemented in pinnacle.

Sequence - Sequence Settings - Video previews
I, on the contrary, set the high quality QuickTime - Apple ProRes HQ (or DNxHD) - Maximum render quality, and then, by adding the Use Previews checkbox in the Export Settings window, sections with a prerender are calculated very quickly, i.e. . effects in these areas are not calculated in a new way.
