Good day!
I want to calculate the effectiveness of pasted outdoor advertising (QR CODE).
Advise a service that would count the number of clicks on the link, and then redirect to where I need to (to Google Play).

In the simplest way: this is one piece of code - one unique link.
When posting - let them write down their location (or address) and a unique ad code.
And then - according to the statistics of transitions, look at the correspondence of links and know where the user came to you geographically.
First, direct to your site with an analytics system, and then (after fixing which link you came from) - to the target link (Google Play).
