A question for freelancers, marketers, affiliates. Is the classic landing structure relevant today, like

Just if you look at the same onepagelove with fresh examples, then there are almost no such landings (new ones). Yes, there are with a similar structure, but mostly these are modern multi-page product sites (with similar content blocks). Is there a real demand for this for one-pagers?

everything that is good on mobiles is relevant, then - only A / B
in your example, at least the second row is superfluous, and two columns are enough for the first one - benefit / features
+ more and more often, the landing page is shoved directly into the soap, you can’t get excited there either
