Are there any normal projects on free-lance.ru?

Yesterday I subscribed to the project mailing list on free-lance.ru.
Today we received 4 projects by email (in the categories Management/Programming/Consulting).

In 3 of them (different) the following phrases (I quote):

"... a good stable salary for WebMoney or Qiwi ..."
"... project manager ... tasks: 1) Search for clients (turnkey websites, layout, design). .."
"... A director is required... If the resume is suitable, then you will be invited for an online interview on Skype...

" .

Who has experience working on this site - share, is it always like this or am I just unlucky?

1. A good stable salary can be through WebMoney and even through Qiwi. Sobsno speaking method of translation does not affect its quality and stability. Or are you only satisfied with the Sberbank cash desk?
2. Project managers are often confused with project sales managers. In fact, if an employer confuses these concepts, he does not characterize him from any side that is important for the employee.
3. They take directors to the factory in the bar, for online projects in Skype. What's strange?
What exactly do you want to hear? Not satisfied, do not use. I regularly find very adequate contractors there.

or try English-language freelance exchanges if you're not afraid of English. The best, IMHO, are odesk.com and freelnacer.com . There are various aggregators, for example, freelancersfeed.com , donanza.com and a few more - they collect information from different freelance exchanges.
For my quite reasonable (in my opinion) project with cash payment of about 90,000 rubles, I found an adequate contractor on freelance.ru in a month and a half, I don’t know if he is happy, but he didn’t seem to complain so far.

Set yourself fteetray and monitor projects, for a bunch of what is measured by a bunch, you will find a couple - three good projects. There are days that not a single one, there are a dozen interesting ones. A freelancer will never have a stable salary anyway, that's why he is a freelancer.
In general, "who seeks, he will find"

weed out the "garbage" and look for regular customers

Generally speaking, on freelance.ru and our other exchanges, the percentage of normal orders and adequate customers is quite small. Most people think that they will be able to get high-quality work from a freelancer many times less than the market, and as a result, they not only engage in self-deception, but also mislead other employers, setting an unrealistically low cost for the project, and at the same time demanding high professionalism of the performer. =) Freelance as such, we have developed quite a bit so far. And many employers who create projects do not understand that a freelancer is by no means a hungry ragamuffin, ready to work for food. =)
On the same Odesk and other Western exchanges, there are much fewer such “dreamers” - there, employers usually understand that for 1/10 of the average market price, work will not be done professionally, regardless of whether it will be done by a freelancer or some studio.
In general, if you work on our exchanges, then you need to filter projects without twitching if someone wants to get a job “on the ball”. Communicating with employers - sometimes, it helps to have a reasoned explanation that the work they order is much more expensive than indicated in the project, if it is done with high quality - some employers simply do not understand prices very well. Do a good job, and most of the orders soon will not be from the exchange, but from regular customers, their acquaintances, etc. And these orders will be much more adequate than the average similar one on the stock exchange, stability will appear, and often there will simply not be enough time for everything. =)
In fact, the hardest thing to start and earn a reputation.

I once used weblancer.net (less flow, but more real work, and more pleasant, I worked freelance for about 3-4 years, but took a maximum of 3-4 projects on freelance.ru

I pay to everyone whom I hire through, kiwi, poisons, webmoney, golden crown transfers, moneybookers, paypal and in other ways, what is the problem with such payments?
I will interview everyone on Skype, but how else should I interview everyone if I am in Riga today and tomorrow in Helsinki? In general, I am ready to call anyone for a personal interview, but no one has yet decided to come to me for an interview 8) Although I myself am always ready to fly for an interview, even to New York, even to Hong Kong.
There are very few specialists for heavy projects and they are almost always busy. eight(
