Are there any good window managers for Windows?

If you enter the query " mac window manager" in Google , it gives a lot of results of utilities - window managers, reviews and reviews.
But for Windows - complete silence.
It turned out to find more or less "useful" utilities:
- BetterDesktopTool ( video ) - some alternative to Mission Control on Mac.
- ActualWindowsManager ( video1 , video2 ) is a rather mediocre program that adds a little convenience in the quick distribution of windows on the desktop.
- LG Screen Split ( video ) - a window manager that does not really work even on LG monitors (checked), but the idea is good.
Question: Can anyone recommend a window manager that helps to distribute them faster and more conveniently on the desktop in terms of location and size? Thanks
