Software for maintaining a database of photos. Is there something like that?

Please tell me some software. Preferably under Mac OS.
Necessities:
- Arranging photos
- The ability to put tags, dates, people in photos, etc.
- Automatic distribution of photos on the disk after establishing a virtual order
- Comfortable search by all possible criteria

From the goodies:
- Possibility of cloud storage. Either integration with dropbox
- Geotargeting

iPhoto, on the other hand, is suitable for these tasks and is cheaper than Aperture

Picasa - she can edit and organize photos on disk and store / publish on the site (if necessary).
It probably doesn't work with dropbox, but it works with. But you can immediately create galleries for web viewing with setting access rights to google+.
