A utility to mark the completion of daily recurring tasks?

I am looking for a service in the form of a website or mobile application in which I could mark the completion of daily repetitive tasks. Like every day I study English, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have to go to the pool. Those. in the program, I score constant repetitive tasks and only check the boxes every day "done or not done" ... Google didn't help much. Ideally, the service should have a hierarchical structure, reminders and flexible settings depending on the days of the week. Can anyone recommend something?
