Are there any differences between Google Chrome and Yandex Browser for a layout designer?

I understand that the question is ridiculous. But still I want to ask more experienced comrades in order to do everything correctly.
Are there fundamental differences in site rendering between Chrome and Yandex Browser, or were there any?
Now I think that Yandex does nothing in this, it only adds its chips in the form of service integration, turbo mode, and so on. Only may be using an outdated version of the Blink engine (WebKit)

There is! I'm more concerned about the lag with saving the cache, it often does not change styles when updating the site
