What are the ways to advertise Chrome extensions?

Actually, the following question is of interest - how can I increase the number of installations of my extension for Google Chrome?
I added pictures in the developer's office as much as possible - but there are only ~ 6000 impressions per day, while about 10 installations per day.

In general, time has passed - I advertised the expansion.
Everything turned out to be quite simple - Yandex Direct allows you to advertise extensions without any problems, right by the link to the Google Chrome store, through the developer's office we connect Google analytics, in the goal templates we type "extension", select the template you like - and that's it, now you can track extension installations directly in analytics - put down the necessary utm-tags and optimize the companies, I managed to achieve fairly cheap installations.
With VkTarget and MayTarget, the problems, as always, are moderation.
It’s useless to go through moderation using a direct link to the store - it didn’t work out for me, the moderators are directly afraid, but they can’t explain why the placement is denied. Perhaps someone will succeed - I'm sure that with a competent push, you can achieve moderation and place ads directly on the store.
As a way out - to make landings, but even here it is quite difficult with moderation, but it is already easier. The whole secret is that before you pass moderation on the "Install" button, hang not inline-installation, but a redirect to the store. For some reason, such when a landing page is used - moderators become kinder, but sometimes advertising companies are also rejected. After moderation, remove the redirect and put inline-installation, and if the user has not installed the extension, redirect it to the side - the conversion increases.
But I had such a moment that they didn’t want to let users into landing pages either - they rejected it. Then I had to use a substitution, and first send the moderators to the landing page, which, in fact, has nothing to do with the extension at all, but fits the theme of the teasers and has a common semantic load with them. It is difficult to choose the best option - the ctr of teasers naturally decreases. After passing the moderation, you change the landing page to your landing page. Such installations cost me more, but within the acceptable range.
I will add that this situation was in the summer of 2016, I don’t know how things are now.
