Good evening!
I’ll find out for myself, I won’t work in the field of website layout.
The story is this: I drew the website design in Photoshop. Yours, as you wish. But now we need to transfer it to html. There is an option to outsource the task, but then I will depend on the layout designer if I want to make changes to the design later.
Therefore, I ask experts: are there online courses, or sites where I can minimally learn adaptive layout (probably with boostrap).
I tried to watch lessons on YouTube, but the presentation of information is different for everyone. Therefore, I ask you about completed and integral lessons.

About boostrap, - the decision is correct. It makes life much easier for a layout designer.
But if you are going to make up one-time, then it is better to hire a specialist, because. a comprehensive bootstrap course will cost money. And plus, the first time you still don’t make it qualitatively.

Wherever and no matter how much you study, any first layout that you make up on your own will be made up very so-so ... And it’s not at all a fact that it will actually be turned into a “real” site after that. Given that you also drew it yourself, I would reduce the probability to zero ...
