Are the commands different for different Linux distributions?

Now I’m watching guides where this command works for a person, but in ubuntu

[email protected] /home/fapchat # apt-get update
bash: apt-get: command not found

Is there a similar command for the solus distribution, or what needs to be fixed?
All commands were executed in super-user mode

partially different. partially no.
the composition and content of various distributions is determined by the authors of the assembly.
ubuntu uses the deb package system and the apt package manager
soulus uses the eopkg package
manager format.

And to read what kind of team this is, and not stupidly monkey around? This is a package manager, and they are different for each distribution.

it's strange that people try to use Linux but don't try to think and read help.
Here are some of the package managers
apt
apt-get
slapt-get
slackpkg
yum
rpm
in different OS builds different package managers.
