Why is the default route not added when connecting to OpenVPN?

When connecting from a mobile phone (nokia n950), the default route is not added to the vpn. As a result, the traffic goes as usual, and not through the tunnel. Only the VPN network is accessible through the tunnel. There is an error in the log

You should have a route in the routing table, where in the destination field - default. Then there should be no error. Openvpn will see it and replace it with its own
