How to clean linux?

Of course, there is an option to reinstall, which will entail a lot of inconvenience in the form of configurations.
There is no backup.
I would like to know if there is a faster way to clean up all packages, libraries, everything that is not used.
For example, see all current libraries and packages, what they cost, if they are not used anywhere, remove.
Because as a result of long work, the OS, the server is cluttered.
Of course, all the same, a bunch of garbage will remain in the form of files and folders, because the OS does not know how, where and what uses them, what to do(

I can only advise you to stop transferring your windows experience with its "registry cleaning" to linux. There is a package manager, above they wrote how to remove packages that are no longer used. Linux does not "clog" from work, but sometimes logs accumulate in it if rotation is not set up or the storages are full. But globally, even if you have a certain number of libraries that are not used, this is unlikely to have any effect on the system, well, it will add 10 percent to the size of the root, but nothing more.

You could use docker. But you can't save space. But the container and its image can be thrown out with one or two commands without consequences.
If you drop all the old unused docker images, you will free up a lot of space.
By the way, check, just in case, but suddenly.
In general, there have already been many good answers given, from each of which you can draw something. And there is nothing to add.
