OS: KUbuntu 12.04.2 LTS
Chrome: Version 28.0.1500.63

The essence of the problem, the tab starts to render on top of all windows, sometimes in addition to this it stops responding to f5.
If you switch to another tab, and then return to the “problem” one, then its rendering does not occur at all.

The most "funny" wrote about the problem and got the same problem already on the pages of Google itself.
