Are PHP scripts killed after execution?

Hello, I set the execution of simultaneous scripts in the php/conf.d/ configuration, which allows up to 100,000 scripts to be executed at the same time, but, however, a few days passed, I installed a bot that made calls to PHP, eventually PHP lay down, the script itself is very easy, so, are PHP scripts killed after execution?

They kill, but again, ten thousand scripts, say, one hundred megabytes per script, you need 1000 GB of memory, do you have a terabyte on the server?
