Are messages in group chats a disclosure of personal correspondence?
In a group chat, a participant mistakenly posted their conversation with another person. Later deleted this message without comment. I copied this message and re-posted it in the same chat. Did I break any law by doing this?

It very much depends on what kind of chat it is, whether it has rules, what kind of message it was (what it contained) and, most importantly, why you did it.
He - you can, if he was a participant in this conversation.
You can't because you weren't there. Where you got it from doesn't matter, as long as you didn't explicitly get the right to use/distribute it. the action "copied on the Internet" does not give such rights.
But this is not accurate, I will not tell you the number of laws.
Another question is whether you will get anything for it at all, even if it breaks something or nobody cares.
