Are memory timings correct?

I welcome everyone.
Input:
Proc: Ryzen 7 3700 pro.
Mother: b550aorus elite v2.
Memory: https://www.nix.ru/autocatalog/memory_modules_patr...
Naturally, when buying, I refused to look at compatibility with the mat. board, and of course it doesn’t exist :) The memory functions, but it started up normally at 2400 MHz, when setting the xmp profile, which requires (that is, 3200 MHz), windows blue screens, and crashes, in short, lack of stability. I only set a purely multiplier in the BIOS - 30.00 (and nothing more) to raise it to 3000 MHz, it turned out, there is stability. Further, at the slightest upward movement - canoe.
In short, the question is: are the timings normal at this frequency or not?
And the second question: after all, I would like a frequency of more than three thousand, so I think I can return the memory and take something compatible with the board? Or is it still the timings of the norms, the frequency of 3000 thousand is taken and this is enough?)
Thanks for the answers.
PS Please accept my apologies for the crooked screen :)60e8ab6328722897258172.png

@Zoominger

Normal timings are timings at which the PC boots up and Windows does not crash into a blue screen.
In short, everything is ok.
