There is a motherboard with a 4 pin connector for a cpu fan (speed control using PWM).
A 3 pin fan is plugged into the board, which constantly threshes at maximum speed (the board does not support voltage regulation).
I found a scheme on the Internet:

I really don’t want to fence the collective farm, I want to give 100-200 rubles and buy an industrial version.
Who knows where this can be found?
