1. I turn on the computer without a video card - there is no signal to the monitor and the speaker does not beep (AMIBIOS)
2. With a video card too - the speaker does not beep
I checked the video card - it is working, it means something with the motherboard.
I tried to connect another power supply - it's useless, the same problem.
