ASRock H310CM-HDV motherboard interrupts OS boot, what should I do?

There was a problem a couple of weeks ago. A working computer with an ASRock H310CM-HDV mother and Ubuntu 14 installed, turned off and stopped booting. And at first, even the power button went out in the second second after pressing. The removed CMOS battery helped, but not much. We enter the uefi bios setup, and the start of the download from ssd breaks. Reaches the ubuntu selection screen and after trying to boot - turns off the power. Then I tried to boot from live-usb and from live-cd. Nothing. I tried to put the ssd with the system on another machine - the system starts normally. I tried to put a clean ssd on the problem machine and install the OS on it again. The installation is interrupted in the first seconds and the machine turns off. What to do?
