Are duplicates in the site map bad?
Are duplicates in the site map bad? I noticed when you add a product to two categories, for example, in portable chargers and in a charging case. A duble is created in the map, how bad is it? Or you can ignore it

there are a lot of bad things in the sitemaps generated by default
, for example, a completely stupid requirement
at least formally, the type page changes (you don’t seem to change, but there are a lot of people who abuse it)
in your case - I think you can leave it like that, but look in the SearchConsole
and in general - such duplicates are a sign of a crooked sitemap, but on typical engines this is a common occurrence
The best option is to fix the map generator. It will not be bad for search engines, it will index the page and ignore the duplicate in the sitemap.
And it will be bad for you that you will go to the console, you will see 1000 loaded, 200 indexed. You will not be able to find out which share goes to duplicates, and which simply was not indexed for other reasons.
