It was necessary to set up a redirect from the page site.ru/o-nas/to site.ru/o-nas/istoriya/wrote

Redirect 301 /o-nas/ http://site.ru/o-nas/istoriya/

but for some reason, as a result, the redirect loops in this way

http://site.ru/o-nas/istoriya/istoriya/istoriya/istoriya/istoriya/istoriya/istoriya/istoriya/

I removed this line from .htaccess altogether, but the redirect was not canceled, now the entire section of the site is not available at all

RewriteRule ^/o-nas/$ /o-nas/istoriya/ [L,R=301] до чпу правил битрикса
Ну и http статусы кешируются браузерами. Проверяйте в инкогнито.
