How to make a redirect from two slashes to one?

After the development of the site, pages of duplicates appeared.
For example: mysite.com.ua/raznoe//first and mysite.com.ua/raznoe/first
That is, with two slashes and one with the same content. I have a question, how to redirect all such duplicates at a time, and not each separately. And what could be causing this? The site was made on Joomla 2.5.
