Google issues links to the old domain. Will there be problems with indexing the site at the new address?

There was a store on a subdomain in the Cyrillic zone (such as site.domen.rf). This was done from the lack of a normal PC (beech on celeron 900m) and the need to figure out how magento works and how it works.
Within 2 months, the task of dealing with Magento was completed and an input was received to buy a 2-level domain in the ru zone, transfer everything there from the "sandbox" and put it into operation. Done - we are waiting for the indexing of Google and Yandex.
And then I find out that Google has already indexed everything that was on site.domain.rf and quite successfully gives out in the search results. The old domain (site.domain.rf) has already been disabled by me.
I understand that now I will have problems indexing the combat site at the new address? What and how to solve them? 301 redirect (site moved)?
