If the site has a redirect, can search engines detect it?

On hosting at the root of the .htaccess file in which 301 redirects are set. Interested in whether this site can get into the top search engines?

Answer 1

If links to the site already existed in the search engine, then they should be replaced with a new site and the new site will be displayed in the search engine. But the site itself will not be able to get anywhere since, in fact, it has no content when it gives 301 responses to all links (moved forever).
