What to do with link spam to the site?

Hello.
When checking external links to the site, I saw that many links in the form
NASHSITE.RU/redirect?url=ALIAN SITE.RU, which redirect users to FOREIGN SITE.RU
On the site, the transition to an external link was carried out through a page a la "wait n-seconds will automatically redirect you...".
I believe that there are a lot of such links. placed on abandoned and suspicious resources.
First of all, I closed the ability to get to the redirect page using the link OURSITE.RU/redirect?url=ALTERNATE.RU, posted on a third-party site. Now, when you click on such links, the site returns 404. And it turns out that third-party GS link to non-existent pages.
Tell me, what additionally should be done so as not to get any negative from the search engines? Is it necessary to somehow additionally inform the search engines about such links to the site, and if so, how.
And in general, I will be glad to help.
Thank you.

If you have Bitrix , do the following:
1. Close from indexing.
There are 3 files through which such a redirect is possible:
/bitrix/redirect.php
/bitrix/rk.php
/bitrix/click.php
Or just /bitrix/
2. In the section "Settings > Proactive Defense > Redirect Protection"
First turn it on if it's off.
Secondly, do as in the screenshot:

And at the bottom, preferably redirect any redirect to a 404 page.
I was spammed with such links, quite serious, it reaches many thousands of links a day, there will be nothing to worry about until this gets into the index. Of course, with closed indexing and going to 404, no weight will be transferred to other spam sites.
