Are Data Science skillbox courses suitable for a career start?

Hello dear! I need your advice. I have studied at the university on mathematical methods in economics and work experience as a business analyst (short, rather even an internship).
Are Skillbox Data Science ML courses suitable for starting in the profession of the same name?
To a greater extent, I would like to hear the opinion of people who really heard something about these courses, who has at least some information.
I heard about the existence of English-language / free / free English-language courses, but here, at the current "promotional" price of 40 thousand, it is possible to buy a structured program (it's hard for me to judge its sanity) with the support of verifiers/feedback and the promise of an internship. Sounds appropriate.
And please don’t immediately kick me for daring to look towards online courses, I just want to start doing what is interesting, and I’m trying to find the easiest / most convenient way for this, like all people.

The courses are just an introduction to some basic concepts.
A novice employee and a graduate of ANY courses - the concepts are compatible in a low-skilled profession.
Look at the vacancies, if there are any for releases, and you will understand.

The courses are not very good, you will pay for their advertising and fake reviews.
Think for yourself about the level of "checking people" if their salary there is at the level of 25-30 thousand rubles.
