Archive folder (backup) (zip/rar), send to cloud?

Hi everybody. Most of the question is in the title, but I'll add details.
There is a folder with a program for keeping records, you need to archive it every week (or more often) (by assigning a date to the name of the archive) and send it to the cloud.
Just adding a folder to a Google drive application or Yandex does not work (if the database is covered, then it will cover the backup in the cloud with its file).
Well, I'm looking for a mini application - (not a command line and a scheduler), but I would like a small utility or a crutch (if someone has already created it). Thank you in advance o.0
