The same downloaded file has a different size with each new download

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Something paranormal is happening to me, please help me figure it out.
There are zip files that are distributed through Apache, which gives files, judging by the logs, with the same size, but I receive them with different sizes.

Some statements:
1. Original file size - 34,085,137 - ie. as you can see, a valid archive came 3 times, the rest were broken.
2. I downloaded files via a direct link through Chrome and Firefox to the Downloads folder, i.e. what to download - it does not matter.
3. Another file located on the server in the same directory and having a size of 201.689 downloads without problems.
4. The same file, downloaded from Amazon, downloads with the same size.
5. This problem is only on my Windows 7 machine, on other machines the file is downloaded with a size of 34,085,137.

Question: what happens to the files or to my machine?

Maybe an antivirus? Or a proxy server?

I can now say stupidity: the file is given by the server as binary?
I remember a long time ago I faced the same problem when the server gave a binary file as a text file.
