Application for collecting information about carrier base stations for iPhone?

Looking for an iPhone app that collects information about base stations:

1. Signal strength
   
2. Signal quality
   
3. Locations of nearby sectors
   
4. Availability of 3g
   

I managed to find only Signal , which only works with jailbrak and Signals , which does not collect data about our operators.
Recommend alternatives.

at the API level, there is no such possibility in existing versions of iOS. Therefore, such programs can only be jailbroken.
