AppBarLayout scroll flags in accessible language?

Good time of the day.
Help me to understand. For child views, layout_scrollFlags are declared in the AppBarLayout to determine the type of scrolling.
Can you explain in an accessible language what is the difference between SCROLL_FLAG_ENTER_ALWAYS and SCROLL_FLAG_ENTER_ALWAYS_COLLAPSED. And what does SCROLL_FLAG_EXIT_UNTIL_COLLAPSED mean.
