Why are there errors in the application?

I have an application, I'm testing it on a connected device to a laptop, everything works fine. When I generate an apk file, errors of this kind begin to pop up: I can’t log in by phone number through firebase, and specifically writes that my application hashes or package name are not specified or incorrectly specified in firebase. Based on this error, it should not work for anyone at all, but this error does not exist on the test device. Also, it is not possible to upload a photo, it crashes into the previous window. Could the problem be related to the fact that on the tested device android studio generates a bundle.aab file and it works fine, but there are problems with apk?
