Android Studio or Intellij Idea 14 Community?

I write for Android, but sometimes I need to write something in the console. I use Android Studio, but for such cases I keep Intellij Idea. And I think: "Why?" Is it possible to use only Idea? It's a little embarrassing that Android Studio is becoming the standard, updated faster. Plus, there were problems with the 13th studio when gradle was updated. Who decides such roughness?

install Intellij Idea and forget about the studio, all the features of the studio are there and in the idea
