Do Andriod Studo tutorials fit Intellij IDEA?

Decided to start learning Android. I looked, it turns out that most of the lessons are under Andriod Studo.
It somehow didn’t work out for me (lags (i3, 6 oz)), and I use Intellij IDEA.
Like Andriod Studo is an offshoot of IDEA? Can Andriod Studo lessons be applied to IDEA?
Or throw in good lessons on IDEA.
Thanks in advance)

Fit. When learning about programming, focus on the language/platform/SDK/whatever, not the IDE. IDEs come and go, but everything else remains.

Now development for Android by the responsible people takes place on Android Studio. Forget about Eclipse, this is the last century. Android Studio is the official IDE, it is supported by Google itself in this status.

Andriod Studo and Intellij IDEA are actually the same, the rosary is different, so feel free to use it. As for the brakes, both Andriod and Intellij lag, the percent was g2030, there was not enough, any movement and percent 100% for 2 threads. I think if you unscrew the multiplier in the BIOS to the maximum, the lags will pass (your allows). The RAM should be thrown up to 8, run the emulator, calmly only it will gobble up 2 gigabytes
