Desktop: what is the best Java technology for a client?
Hello!
A friend from the army asked me to make a small application for a part: a database for personnel records + a client for input-output information and generating reports (I call the client what the user sees in front of him, correct me if I'm wrong). Information on the composition is a standard full name, work-study + the ability to store printed forms and photographs.
I decided to do it on the basis of postresql (I have little experience), but the trouble is with the client - I didn’t work with anything, because. the server programmer, though on Delfi 7 do.
What would you recommend for a client? Highly desirable in Java.
