Android Studio and virtualization issues, what's the problem?
Good afternoon. Faced such a problem. I still decided to write for Android, downloaded the JDK, Android Studio, installed it. I created a test project from templates, tried to run it through AVD and immediately ran into a problem: Android Studio says that my CPU does not support hardware virtualization. CPU Model: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ 2.40 GHz. The first thing I decided to do was check if my CPU supports this technology. I found a site where I found my processor in the list, the technology is supported. The control decided to check with third-party software: Everything is good here too. Useful in the BIOS, everything is included here. What could be the problem and how to solve it? I read somewhere that hardware virtualization is supported by default in Linux, I would have switched if it weren’t for Photoshop and other graphic editors .. By the way, Windows 10.
