Why doesn't turbo core work on the processor?
Hello, I recently bought an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor with a claimed clock speed of up to 3.6GHz (in turbo core mode), but in the end, I have max. the frequency is 3.2, which I can’t adjust in any way, I tried to set the minimum processor state to 100% in Windows in the power settings, I tried to enable Turbo Core through the BIOS, but I can’t change this parameter in it. Someone, explain why this is so, everything seems to be normal, the percentage does not overheat, it works on average by 30%, but still max. frequency 3.2 why?

Up to 3600 on single core boot only. But it also depends on the power supply circuits of the motherboard and on the BIOS settings, on the firmware and cooling version, etc., etc.

1) The scrollbar itself can be customized using scripts.
2) On mobile phones, the scroll will work with your finger when scrolling the block.
3) If you need scrolling with the mouse wheel, use JS.
As for the carousel of pictures.
Any slider already has similar functionality, slick or lightslider.
So reinventing the wheel doesn't make sense.
