Does my video card support hardware acceleration?

Many times I try and I can't figure out if my video card supports hardware acceleration.
If someone understands the hardware, tell me, is it or not?
Here is a screenshot from the system -

When I go to get.webgl.org and follow the link in the picture...

I get a message -

Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
Firefox and some plugins use your graphics card to help speed up the display of web content. Graphic cards are also used by advanced web features like WebGL. To fix problems with these features or to take advantage of them, you may need to update your graphics card drivers. This article describes how to do that.

And all this, as I understand it, means that at the moment my video card does not support acceleration? And if it does not support, then you need to know if it supports it at all.

@vasIvas

In general , a hardware accelerator is a video card .
Processors execute sequences while GPUs (graphics engines) perform all calculations in parallel.
The question should rather sound differently .. Or at least voice what is required as a result of hardware acceleration?
