Why are artifacts visible in the monitor image?

I recently bought a monitor with 144 Hz / 1080p, I connect via DVI-D Dual Link. Video card GTX 650Ti.
I encountered artifacts that appear mainly in the text (it doesn’t matter if it’s text in Windows, or I’m watching a video where artifacts are also visible on the text). Some particles of the image seem to be stepped, not smoothed.
What could be the problem?

I don't see any examples of crime.
Can you take a screenshot or, directly, a photo of the screen?
