Which small but powerful graphics card should you choose?

I need a video card in my computer (monoblock, but it doesn’t matter). Now there is a changed GT 640. But this is not enough for me. Need Nvidia GTX 750 series graphics card (preferably " TI ") But size requirements: 1 slot, HDIM, parts should not protrude above 1 slot.

This is the Galaxy GeForce GTX750 Ti RAZOR 2GB. Unfortunately, you can't buy one in Russia.
Suggest other models/analogues.

What's stopping you from buying it on eBay/Ali?
