linux. The monitor randomly turns off (black screen) when I do anything in full screen mode. Why?

I use Arch Linux, but the problem is also reproduced on Pop!_OS (AMD build). The problem is that when I do something in full screen mode (watching a video, playing a game), the monitor turns off for one or two seconds and this happens completely by accident (in windowed mode everything is fine). The amdgpu driver of the latest version did not find anything suspicious in the logs, and I really don’t even know where to look. I looked in the gnome-logs aggregator
and in journalctl. The problem is definitely not in the hardware, because. everything is fine on windows 10

I can't even believe I've solved this problem. Everything is solved with a bootflag:
amdgpu.dc=0
