Android bootloader alive?

Hello!
When loading a smartphone on an android, the following occurs:
1. The LG logo hangs constantly.
2. Often gives the following message:
MTK6575 Crash Handler : Kernel Crash!
Please do the following action.
1) Press key to Volum Up or Douwn
2) Please connect USB
3) Get the ram dump image using MTK's ram dump downloader
4) Send e-mail to contact point or [email protected]
and write the values registers.
3. Once there was the LG logo and the inscription Securite Error
It enters Recovery mode, but there is a robot and a red triangle above it, there is no choice of actions.
Do you think the bootloader is complete? Can it be flashed with regular means?
PS I do not have a smartphone at the moment, there is no way to check the firmware.

MTK6575 is sewn through the sp flash tool. As long as you have a native and a whole preloader, the firmware does not present any particular difficulties.
