Is it possible to somehow manage a broken phone?

There is a phone that I would like to use as an SMS gateway, but the problem is that I cannot install anything on it, how can I access the management? I can reset it if necessary, as long as my old account is authorized there. The screen and touchscreen do not work on the phone, but the infection glass is intact :) Any options? Thank you!

You can manage it, but only if the developer mode was enabled on the phone in advance and permission was given to manage it via USB. They are disabled by default.
Then you connect the phone to the computer through a cord, put the Vysor prog or something similar on the computer and control the smartphone through the computer.
This method helped me out with a phone that did not have a screen and touchscreen
