How to resize Android mobile app psd layouts for all screen resolutions?

Hello! I am a beginner mobile designer, and the development of my first mobile app went like clockwork until a stupor appeared: I have a basic layout, mdpi, I work in Photoshop, but how to make it in the other 3 resolutions ?? manually redrawing with magnification is very long, and it seems stupid and wrong. Tell me the right way!

If you work in Photoshop, then the basic rules are: do it right away in xhdpi (if not in xxhdpi), use vector tools to the maximum, or generally only vector tools.
If you have already drawn in a raster, in mdpi, then there is most likely no other option but to redraw.
