Why aren't the daily Google Cloud Messaging emails sent?

Hello, I created daily mailings in Cloud Messaging, but for some reason they are not sent. Pushes stopped working altogether after downloading the application in the play market. And if apk is uploaded to the phone, then everything is ok. Maybe someone worked with daily pushes.
