I'm still new to programming, but I had an idea.
Let me have an android application and I have ads popping up there,
(As I understand it, Google pays me money for each click of this ad) my “program”
offers its users by clicking ads to receive from it part of the income that I receive.
In general, is it possible to create such a program and how much on average will users receive per click? (I'm generally new to this business, so I ask you to explain whether this idea is real)

It is possible to create, there are no problems with this.
But not a single store will publish such trash software and the ad network will immediately ban you.
