How to extract information from a smartphone that has a pin code / unlock pattern without resetting the pin? Pull out at least anything on the SD card and in the phone's memory. If possible, SMS and calls. But at least something on SD and in memory. Is it possible?

Not enough information.
Android version? If <4.3 - then check if USB debugging is enabled. If so, then adb. But, if the device is not rooted, you will not get access to calls / sms.
If higher or debugging is turned off, reboot into recovery, check if TWRP is installed. It has a file manager, copy everything somewhere.
If not installed, check if the bootloader is unlocked.
If unlocked, find the CWM image (with TWRP I didn’t get the focus) for your device, and put AROMA Filemanager on the memory card .
Next, connect the cord in bootloader mode,
This will launch CWM without installation, and from it already run AROMA and the task is reduced to the previous one.
If there is no external SD card in the device, and it does not mount the internal one by default, then sadness.
