Android app and copyright infringement?

Today my application was removed from the market due to copyright infringement. I will not go into the essence. There are many similar applications in the market, but for some reason not all are deleted.
Has anyone dealt with a similar problem? How to avoid deletion?
Now for me the option is to enter user authorization by phone number, but this will scare away at least 70-80% of users.
Perhaps there are other options?

In any case, the description of your application will give out content, so there is only one way out - to agree with the copyright holder.
