Which tool should I use to practice Python programming on Android OS?

I learn Python from books, videos, articles, the Internet.
On a desktop (Windows, Mac, *NIX) to practice coding - install the compiler, IDE, editors, and various libraries/equipments - and go ahead, practice, try!
How to be on Android (Samsung tablet) and iOS (iPad tablet) - how to use these devices to practice programming and mastering the Python language? Namely, what utilities, programs, libraries, editors need to be installed and where can I get them?
I am interested in two options - training / practice is conducted with Internet access and training / practice is conducted without Internet access.

With such a spread of devices, you need something online, browser-based. Try https://www.pythonanywhere.com/

You can start with kivy.org. There is a site where the author starts a kivy school. He says that the development will be from the beginning of 2016, but there are lessons there. http://python-android.spb-tut.ru/ . I think these lessons will be enough to understand what it is and whether it is worth doing it.
