And again about receiving money from clients from abroad?

This question is constantly discussed here, but I have not received an answer. I read all the questions and answers I could find.
I have a Payoneer card, I regularly receive payments from UpWork on it, I withdraw dollars from an ATM. I am in Russia, but I want it to work for Europe as well.
On upWork, I start to strain a commission of 10%, delays in transfers and service bugs, and for regular customers I am looking for ways to direct transfers.
Can a client from the USA transfer an amount of money (from $100 and above) directly to Payoneer and do it regularly - what are the commissions in this case? I read about 3.75% - is that so?
Besides Payoneer, what other ways can you recommend?
I don’t want to shine in front of the tax office, so accounts in Russian banks will not work.
Thanks to all who answered. I understand that you are tired of answering the same questions, but everyone can have their own characteristics.

Maybe. That's how I worked. To do this, you need to activate the US Payment Service (in Payoneer personal account). But be prepared for the fact that the internal service will check each company of the counterparty "for lice" (due diligence) + you will also have to answer questions from the internal control service. If they don’t like something, they will simply stop accepting payments from this company, without explaining the reasons (at the same time, this does not affect the Payoneer account itself. They will simply “deploy” transfers from this particular company).

Starts to strain the commission of 10% on upWork
This is almost a guarantee of receiving money, and in a timely manner.
It's worth it.
and service bugs

Can a US customer transfer me directly to Payoneer

Payoneer is a mass payment system, actually. Not suitable for a single occasion.
But in general, he can try to withdraw through the US Payment System (to Payoneer), for this you need to put a special checkmark.

Payment for guarantees and customer search. Inexpensive, actually.
The Upwork rules that you have agreed to (otherwise you would not be able to start working) prohibit starting direct work with a client you met through Upwork, bypassing Upwork earlier than 24 months from the date you met.
